What is a Saturn return, and why does it feel so heavy?
Around 29 and again near 58, life asks what you're actually building.
Saturn takes about twenty-nine years to come back to the place it sat when you were born, and when it does, I feel it like a teacher walking into the room and quietly closing the door.
It's heavy because it's honest. Whatever you built on borrowed expectations — the career your parents wanted, the relationship you settled into, the version of yourself that's just surviving — starts to feel impossible to carry.
But what you built on truth? Saturn rewards it. People often come out of this time with the clearest sense of purpose they've ever had.
If you're in it now: stop asking how to make it stop, and ask what it wants you to take responsibility for. That's where the weight turns into strength.
