Every win is confirmed by a branded email from The Destiny Engine (notify.harbisonconsultancygroup.com) within moments of the spin. It names your prize, its value, the date, a reference number and a button that takes you straight to the claim page. The prize is also already sitting on your account — the email is a confirmation, not a requirement.

No. Won prizes carry no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or credit, and can't be sold or transferred to another account or individual. Only the account that won a prize can use it.
