Privacy Policy

• Account details — your email address and password (passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in readable form).
• Birth information — the birthdate and birth details you enter, used to calculate your astrology chart, numerology and personality profile.
• Self-reported inputs — your fears, desires, goals, manifestation topics, moods, journal entries, decision questions and coaching reflections.
• Generated content — your daily readings, tarot draws, affirmations, fortunes, oracle answers, decision maps and export history.
• Payment metadata — subscription status, order history and billing periods. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (device type, timestamps, error reports) needed to keep the Service running.
• Preferences stored on your device — theme choice and deck customizations are kept in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, unless you save them to your account.

We use your information to:

• Personalize your readings, affirmations, coaching and daily guidance.
• Generate AI-written content from the traits, history and goals you provide.
• Track your program progress, streaks and manifestation plans.
• Process payments, manage memberships and deliver receipts.
• Send service emails (receipts, membership notices). We do not sell your data, and we do not use your journal entries or readings for advertising.

Much of the guidance in the app is generated by AI models from the context you provide (birth data, mood history, goals, drawn cards). Your inputs are sent to our AI provider only to generate your content, are not used to train public models, and your generated readings stay in your private account records. Because AI output is probabilistic, treat it as reflection and entertainment, not as fact or professional advice.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service:

• Authentication and database hosting — to store your account and private records securely.
• Stripe — for payments, subscriptions, refunds and receipts.
• AI providers — to generate your personalized guidance.
• Email delivery — for receipts and account messages.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Service and its users. We never sell your personal data.

Your moods, journals, readings, goals and coaching notes are protected by database-level access rules that restrict every record to your own account. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but access to your content is limited to you and the small set of providers above.

We keep your account data while your account is open. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove your personal records (profile, moods, journals, readings, goals, coaching notes) within 30 days. We may keep minimal payment and tax records for as long as law requires.

• Edit your profile, birth data, goals and entries at any time.
• Delete individual journal entries, plans or readings within the app.
• Request a copy of your data, or full deletion of your account and records, by emailing jeremy.harbison@harbisonconsultancygroup.com.
• Cancel a membership at any time from the billing portal; see our Refund Policy for what happens to access and payments.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, portability or objection) under laws like the GDPR or state privacy laws. We honor those rights for all users through the contact email above.

The Destiny Engine is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
