Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Destiny Engine offers personalized spiritual and entertainment content: tarot-style readings, astrology, numerology, affirmations, an oracle, manifestation tracking, decision exercises and guided coaching.

• Content is for reflection, entertainment and personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice.
• Nothing generated in the app predicts the future or guarantees outcomes. Decisions you make remain yours alone.
• If you are in crisis, or struggling with your mental health, please seek help from a qualified professional or local crisis service. The Service is not a substitute for care.

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Offerings may include one-time items (premium readings, Destiny Decks, keepsake exports, deep dives) and recurring memberships:

• Seeker — monthly recurring membership, billed each month.
• Annual — yearly recurring membership, billed each year.
• Guided — yearly recurring membership including coaching, billed each year.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your benefits continue through the end of the period you already paid for (see the Refund Policy). Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future billing periods. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan where applicable.

• Purchased decks, readings, exports and memberships are digital. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for yourself.
• Don't resell, redistribute, scrape or republish the card artwork, stories, readings or other content beyond personal sharing features the app itself provides.
• Free draws, free affirmations and free decision layers are subject to daily limits we may adjust.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for harassment, threats, or to harm yourself or others.
• Attempt to access other users' data, or bypass security or usage limits.
• Abuse the AI features (automated bulk requests, prompt injection attempts, or generating unlawful content).
• Misrepresent the Service or its output as professional, medical or financial advice to others.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules or the law.

What you write in the app (journal entries, goals, questions, reflections) remains yours. You give us a limited license to process it to provide the Service — for example, personalizing your readings — as described in the Privacy Policy. The Service's artwork, card stories, frameworks, code and brand are owned by JH81 Creations and its licensors.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If a change materially reduces your paid membership benefits during a period you've paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JH81 Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service's content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
