Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Destiny Engine offers personalized spiritual and entertainment content: tarot-style readings, astrology, numerology, affirmations, an oracle, manifestation tracking, decision exercises and guided coaching.

• Content is for reflection, entertainment and personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice.
• Nothing generated in the app predicts the future or guarantees outcomes. Decisions you make remain yours alone.
• If you are in crisis, or struggling with your mental health, please seek help from a qualified professional or local crisis service. The Service is not a substitute for care.

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Offerings may include one-time items (premium readings, Destiny Decks, keepsake exports, deep dives) and recurring memberships:

• Seeker — monthly recurring membership, billed each month.
• Annual — yearly recurring membership, billed each year.
• Guided — yearly recurring membership including coaching, billed each year.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your benefits continue through the end of the period you already paid for (see the Refund Policy). Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future billing periods. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan where applicable.

• Purchased decks, readings, exports and memberships are digital. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for yourself.
• Don't resell, redistribute, scrape or republish the card artwork, stories, readings or other content beyond personal sharing features the app itself provides.
• Free draws, free affirmations and free decision layers are subject to daily limits we may adjust.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for harassment, threats, or to harm yourself or others.
• Attempt to access other users' data, or bypass security or usage limits.
• Abuse the AI features (automated bulk requests, prompt injection attempts, or generating unlawful content).
• Misrepresent the Service or its output as professional, medical or financial advice to others.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules or the law.

What you write in the app (journal entries, goals, questions, reflections) remains yours. You give us a limited license to process it to provide the Service — for example, personalizing your readings — as described in the Privacy Policy. The Service's artwork, card stories, frameworks, code and brand are owned by JH81 Creations and its licensors.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If a change materially reduces your paid membership benefits during a period you've paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JH81 Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service's content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your odds of winning. The Wheel of Winning is a promotional game run by Harbison Consultancy Group, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It is open to account holders aged 18 or older who are legal residents of the United States, where not prohibited by law. Void where prohibited.

How to play for free. Every signed-in account receives one free spin per day (days run midnight to midnight, U.S. Central time). You can earn one more free spin each day by sharing the Wheel and one more by confirming an email address through the link we send. Unused free spins don't carry over to the next day.

Bonus spins with purchases. The Lucky Cookie ($0.99) is an extra fortune cookie and comes with one bonus spin. The Lucky Tin ($4.99) is ten extra fortune cookies and comes with ten bonus spins. You're paying for the fortunes; the spins are a free bonus. Bonus spins have exactly the same odds as free spins and don't expire.

Prizes and odds per spin. Every spin is decided on our server by a cryptographic random draw, separate from the animation you see.

Prize values over $2.99 have odds of 1 in 25,000; values of $2.99 and under have odds of 1 in 10,000; the $0.99 prize has odds of 1 in 1,000. On a spin that doesn't win a prize you receive a lucky message and number, which have no cash value.

Receiving prizes. Prizes are added to your account right away and appear on your dashboard. Membership prizes run for the stated period and don't renew or charge you. Premium reading prizes are generated automatically: enter your question on the Draw a reading page and the engine draws and writes your full reading straight away. Won prizes carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, cannot be sold or transferred to another account or individual, and are limited to digital content on this site. We may disqualify spins earned through automation, multiple accounts or other abuse, and may change or end the promotion with notice on this page. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
