Twelve sessions, led out loud
Twelve sessions, led out loud
The coaching in the membership is not a newsletter. Each month opens a guided session you sit down and actually do: timed steps that talk you through the practice, questions you answer in your own words, and one action to carry into the week. Your written answers stay private to your account and feed back into your readings.

Clearing the Ground
Naming what you are actually carrying
You cannot manifest on top of an unexamined load. This first session empties the bag before anything else is asked of you.
Everything you are carrying occupies attention whether or not you are thinking about it. An unpaid bill, an unanswered message, a friendship you have quietly outgrown — each one runs a low background process. You do not notice the drain because it has been running so long that it feels like your baseline energy level. It is not. It is load.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Each morning this week, before your phone: name one thing you are not carrying today.
Month 2

The Honest Want
Separating your desire from the one you inherited
Most stalled manifestation is a wanting problem, not a method problem: you are asking for something you were taught to want.
There are two kinds of wanting and they use different voices. The inherited want is fluent, well-argued and arrives instantly — it has been rehearsed with family, employers and friends. The honest want is slow, slightly embarrassing, and often smaller than you expect. A year built on the fluent want will be efficient and hollow.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Write the quieter want on one line and put it where you will see it daily. No plan yet.

Sitting With the Fear
Meeting the thing you keep working around
Fear that is never met runs the schedule from behind. This session brings it into the room and asks it what it wants.
Fear is not the opposite of progress; unmet fear is. A fear you have never sat with makes decisions for you before you reach them, and then presents its choices to you as practicality, timing or common sense. You will not notice this happening. You will simply find that you keep choosing the option that requires no exposure.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Do the objectionable small thing once. Log how it actually went, not how it felt beforehand.
Month 4

The Body Knows First
Reading the signal before the story
Your body registers a yes or a no several seconds before your reasoning produces an argument. This session teaches you to notice the gap.
Interoception — reading the internal state of your own body — is faster than reasoning and much harder to lie with. Your gut, chest and jaw register a yes or a no seconds before your mind assembles a justification. Most people never learn their own signal, so they treat every physical no as anxiety and override it.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Before three decisions this week, pause for one breath and check the body first.
Month 5

The Kept Boundary
Saying the sentence and surviving it
A boundary is not a feeling. It is a sentence you say and then keep. This session writes yours.
A boundary is not something you feel or something you hope others will infer. It is a sentence you say, and then a behaviour you repeat when it is tested. The feeling is the signal; the sentence is the boundary; the repetition is what makes it real.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Say the sentence once this week to the person it concerns.
Month 6

Where Attention Goes
Manifestation as an attention practice, not a wish
Nothing arrives because you visualised it. Things arrive because attention changed what you noticed, asked for and repeated.
Nothing arrives because you visualised it. Things arrive because attention changed what you noticed, what you asked for and what you repeated. Manifestation, done honestly, is an allocation practice — and allocation is measurable, which means you can be wrong about it and correct.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Reclaim one recurring half-hour and give it to the goal. Same time each day.
Month 7
17 min · 5 steps
The Unfinished Grief
Making room by finishing something
Skipped grief takes up the space new things need. This session gives one loss its hour.
Grief that has never been given time does not disappear; it gets distributed. It shows up as a shortened temper, a reluctance to plan, a flatness around good news. It occupies exactly the capacity you need for wanting things, because wanting requires being willing to lose again.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Do one physical act of completion: move an object, write a letter you do not send, visit a place once.
Month 8
13 min · 4 steps
Anger as Direction
Using the signal instead of storing it
Anger is a boundary report. This session reads yours for information rather than discharging it at someone.
Anger is directional data. It reports that a line was crossed and points at the line. Stored anger becomes contempt or fatigue; discharged anger becomes damage; read anger becomes a request or a decision. Only the third use is worth anything.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Make the request. If the request is impossible, make the decision instead.
Month 9
15 min · 5 steps
The Money Story
The script you were handed
Most financial stuckness is a belief with a family attached. This session separates the arithmetic from the inheritance.
Financial stuckness is rarely arithmetic. It is a sentence you inherited before you could evaluate it, running underneath every decision. 'Money means we argue.' 'Money means safety I cannot reach.' 'People like us don't ask.' You did not choose these and you cannot budget your way out of them.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Take one concrete action the new sentence implies: a number checked, a price raised, a subscription cut.
Month 10
14 min · 5 steps
The People Around You
Auditing the circle honestly
You become the average of what you are regularly exposed to. This session looks at that without cruelty.
You become the average of what you are regularly exposed to, and exposure is mostly unchosen — inherited from proximity, employment and history rather than decided. This session makes it chosen, without cruelty and without ending anything today.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Make one repair contact and one warm contact this week.
Month 11
11 min · 4 steps
The Small Kept Promise
Rebuilding self-trust in units you can afford
Self-trust is not built by large intentions. It is built by keeping a promise so small it is almost embarrassing.
Self-trust is a track record, not a personality trait. Every unkept promise to yourself is evidence entered against you, and after enough of it your own intentions stop being believable to you — which is why motivation stops working. You cannot fix this with a bigger commitment. A bigger commitment is more evidence waiting to happen.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Do the tiny version daily for thirty days and log it against your goal in the tracker.
Month 12
16 min · 5 steps
Whole Shadow
Giving the hidden part a job
The last session of the year takes the trait you have been managing and puts it to work rather than to sleep.
The year closes by taking the trait you have spent your life managing and putting it to work rather than to sleep. Everything you dislike in yourself was a competence before it was a problem — it worked somewhere, for someone, probably when you were young and it was the only tool available.
Open sessionWeek's practice · Write your one sentence for next year and set it as your first goal in the tracker.
Included with annual membership
All twelve sessions unlock with membership, alongside unlimited readings and every Destiny Deck. Sessions stay open once unlocked — repeat any of them as often as you need.
