Wheel of Winning — Official Rules

The Wheel of Winning ("the Wheel") is sponsored by Harbison Consultancy Group, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, operating The Destiny Engine. Questions: jeremy.harbison@harbisonconsultancygroup.com.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) and hold a Destiny Engine account. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. One account per person; duplicate or automated accounts are disqualified.

Each signed-in eligible account receives one free spin per day. Days run midnight to midnight, U.S. Central time. You may earn one additional free spin per day by sharing the Wheel, and one more by confirming an email address through the link we send. Unused free spins expire at the end of the day.

The Lucky Cookie ($0.99, one extra fortune) includes one bonus spin, and the Lucky Tin ($4.99, ten extra fortunes) includes ten bonus spins. You are paying for the fortunes; bonus spins are a free gift. Spins are never sold on their own. Bonus spins have exactly the same odds as free spins and do not expire.

Each spin is decided on our servers by a cryptographically secure random draw, independent of the on-screen animation. Odds are the same for every spin regardless of how it was earned.

• Extra Fortune — approximate retail value (ARV) $0.99 — 1 in 1,000
• Reading Keepsake download — ARV $2.99 — 1 in 10,000
• Love Deck ($4.99), Seeker Membership for one month ($7), Money Deck ($7.99), Decision Deep Dive ($9), Career Deck ($9.99), Classic Arcana Deck ($12.99), Shadow Work Deck ($14.99) — 1 in 25,000 each
• The Single Question reading ($19), Short Spread reading ($19), The Crossroads reading ($49), a 30-minute private coaching session ($79), Annual Membership for one year ($99), The Year Ahead reading ($99) — 1 in 25,000 each

Overall chance of winning any prize on a single spin is about 1 in 617. Spins that do not win a prize reveal a lucky message and lucky number, which have no cash value.

Prizes are digital services delivered automatically to the winner's account and have no cash value. Won prizes carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account or individual; they may be used only by the account that won them. Premium reading prizes are generated automatically by The Destiny Engine: the winner enters their question on the Draw a reading page, chooses a deck and spread, and the full-length reading is drawn and written immediately. Won memberships run for the stated period and do not auto-renew. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes. Prizes are low-value digital goods; no single prize exceeds $99 ARV.

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Wheel, uses bots, scripts or multiple accounts, or otherwise violates these rules, and may void prizes obtained that way. The Sponsor may modify, suspend or end the Wheel at any time if fraud, technical failure or other causes impair its integrity, with notice posted on this page.

The Wheel is a promotional game for entertainment. It is not gambling, and nothing about it predicts your future. The Wheel is provided "as is." By playing, you release the Sponsor and its affiliates from liability for any loss or injury arising from participation or prize use, to the extent allowed by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or failed spins caused by network or technical problems. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or any other social network.
