Should I script or visualize when I manifest?

Both work. The better question is which one makes you feel it.

Clair V.

Some people are writers of their future and some are painters. I've watched both kinds bring beautiful things to life.

Scripting — writing in present tense as if it already happened — is powerful if words move you. It gives your mind specifics to hold onto: the morning, the phone call, the exact relief.

Visualizing works if you feel through images. Close your eyes, step inside the moment, notice the temperature of the air. The body doesn't fully know the difference between imagined and real feeling.

Whichever you choose, end it the same way: with gratitude, as if it's done, and then go live your ordinary day. That trust, more than any technique, is what opens the door.
